Intense straw yellow. Herbal notes of fennel and chervil dominate the nose, with lime blossom and subtle citrus and yellow apple aromas in the background. Extra dry on the palate with only 1.1 g of residual sugar, distinctive, well-integrated acidity that perfectly balances the strong body. Complex aromas of flowers and herbs are repeated on the palate, with the fruit subtly resonating. In the finish, there are subtle tannins that give the wine structure.
As a food companion, Pinot Blanc is universally applicable due to its rather neutral character. The intense herbal flavor, which distinguishes this Pinot Blanc from conventional representatives, also predestines it for more spicy dishes such as curries or light game dishes.
The Pinot Blanc comes from 40-year-old vines that are hand-harvested and gently pressed. There are no sulfites added and the wine is spontaneously fermented. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in used barrels and is then aged in neutral vessels for 6 months and bottled unfiltered.

This wine goes through whole-bunch fermentation and is aged for 8-months in stainless steel tanks. All three grapes are individually harvested. Neuberger is basket pressed with the use of only free-run juice. Pinot Blanc and Traminer undergo a 40-day whole bunch fermentation. It is then bottled unfiltered.
Copper colors. Highly aromatic on the nose of exotic fruits, passion fruit, and lychee, with dried apricots and figs, hay, and musk. On the palate, due to the mash fermentation, it has a fine tannin, which, together with the strong body and the fullness of aromas, ensures high intensity.
Due to its tannin structure, this wine also goes well with dishes that are usually recommended for red wines. Because of its distinctive aroma, it goes best with intensely seasoned dishes such as stews or Asian cuisine.

The grapes come from 40-year-old vines from the Föllikberg vineyard. A third of it was placed in the ceramic eggs with the styles, two thirds were rubbed and squeezed, with these the ceramic eggs were filled. The high-quality, concentrated grapes provide a lot of depth and pressure on the palate.
The cool style in connection with the dark flavor makes this wine an ideal companion for game dishes, perfect in combination with red deer or wild boar ham.
